Lumour is proud to offer platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy to our patients. Our blood predominantly consists of plasma, which carries red and white blood cells and platelets. PRP is created by drawing some of the patient’s own blood and then using a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets within a sample of the plasma. This concentrated sample of platelets is then injected via microneedling into the face for increased collagen and elastin formation or over thinning hair areas to stimulate hair growth.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Vejnar has been treating patients of all ages for over 10 years, focusing on the whole patient to help patients become the best versions of themselves. From the start, she has maintained a keen interest in skin conditions and minor procedures. This has grown into a passion for helping patients restore radiance using medical grade skincare and procedures to restore radiance. She believes training should never end and is often found researching or attending training sessions to perfect her injection skills for the benefit of her valued patients.
